I Did It Myself!

Greetings, My name Is Thomas Brawley and about a year and half maybe two. I purchased enough of your prefinished oak flooring to re-floor my 12' by 22' living room.

I live in an old ranch style home I have been remodeling to my wife and my desired finish. I never got around to tell you how much both my wife and I really like the finished floor. You and I have to thank a certain big box home improvement store for forcing me to find your company. After I was quoted a price and I agreed to purchase the same amount of flooring from them, when I went home to get my truck to carry it all home. They said they quoted me the wrong price and added another $3.00 a sq'. I refused after I had already pulled up all the ugly wall to wall carpeting in my living room. It wasn't the price so much as it was the principle, they first got me with a sign that said SALE PRICE.

And then changed it after I agreed.

 They did me a favor by being poor at customer service and I haven't regretted it. Especially every time I walk into my living room and see your beautiful floor.

As time goes by you can expect to be hearing from me again as I get to working in other rooms to put down your floors.

Thank you for a great product, I do have some carpentry experience but with your product it was so easy anyone who can read a ruler and has a good saw can get beautiful results. Good instructions too!

 By the way my home is out in the woods on a private road in Exeter, Rhode Island so your floors fit in with some of the original 18th century floors in some of the old buildings around here.
