Free Fixed Price Quote Within 24 Hours

Provide us with the following information and we will prepare a fixed price quote within 24 hours for you to consider.

Price quote will include the cost of planking, rosehead nails, standard thresholds, installation supplies, delivery, PA sales tax if you are a resident of PA.

 

If you would like us to install you planking and you are in our installation area we will schedule a visit to your location to show you samples and provide a fixed price quote including installation.

 

Information we need to provide a fixed price quote:

  1. Name

  2. Delivery Address (zip code is sufficient to quote)

  3. Phone number and or email address

  4. Total Square Footage needed. Don't add a waste factor, we will include an appropriate waste factor in our quote.

  5. Preferred flooring type i.e. Wide Plank Oak, or 6 inch planks.

  6. Desired Delivery Date (minimum 30 days for most orders. Orders over 1000 sf will take longer)

The only additional costs would be for bullnose edging, stair treads, predrilling or other special needs. If your project includes any of these special items let us know so we can price it properly.

 

If you live in our installation area and would like a quote including installation we will need to schedule a site visit to provide a fixed price quote including installation.

 

We will help you plan your floor and provide you with a fixed price quote for the planks, supplies and delivery to your door.

If you feel our fixed price quote fits within your project budget, let us know and we will send you samples at no charge and no obligation.

 

All we need is a mailing address that accepts US Priority Mail!

Our Order Process

 Custom flooring is different than ordering a book on the internet.  So, you won't see an order form or a checkout section. We need to work together to make sure you get exactly what you want. 

Here are the steps in the process:

 1. Request a free fixed price quote using the links above. We will help you plan your floor and give you all the support you need to easily install a beautiful plank floor.

2. We will get a quote to you within 24 hours, (and usually much quicker than that!)

3. Review the quote. If the prices are in line with your project budget, let us know you want to proceed with the process and we will send you samples at no charge and no obligations.

4. If you wan to place an order contact us (call us or email us - see contact us). We will put together an order form detailing the flooring you want, including the total fixed price and the deposit due with the signed order.

5. After we receive your signed order and deposit we will schedule production and create your flooring. 

6. At delivery, you will need to have someone on hand to receive the planks. If we are delivering ourselves (I personally deliver most of our flooring, that way I get to meet my customers) we will help you unload, however we'd appreciate some help with especially large orders.

7. You final payment is due at delivery (or prior to shipment if we are delivering via common carrier)
