If you are considering a wide plank floor for your home, you've come to the right place. Our flooring is unlike any other custom or off-the-shelf flooring on the market.
About Us! We are a custom floor manufacturing company located to the north of Philadelphia on the border of Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania.
Our specialty is authentic colonial, wide-plank flooring in 7 to 11 inch widths and lengths up to 12 feet. Our planks are solid oak, not plywood, and are handmade and hand-sculpted using both modern and traditional hand tools. Each plank is slightly distressed to give the feeling of a timeworn surface without looking too primitive.
Our product is unique and limited in quantity due to the time it takes to hand make each plank. So, if you are interested in one of our custom floors, plan ahead and allow plenty of lead time in your project. (As a planning note, our floors should be installed AFTER all other work above the floor is done, except finish moldings. If you would be ready to install wall to wall carpeting you're ready to install our planks.)
Our prefinished planks are hand-crafted with your choice of natural oil finish, polyurethane over traditional stains or an antiqued paint. All you have to do is drill pilot holes (we even give you a drill bit, easy instructions and templates) and drive in the 18th century nails to set them in place.
We also provide the floor plan, color matched 18th century nails, and plenty of support for the contractor or homeowner. This is the perfect choice for any do-it-yourselfer who wants to save over 20% on the project.
Easy installations can be beautifully done by a novice in a few hours.
A 12 x 12 room will require less than 25 planks!

We recently conducted a survey of our competitors' pricing for solid wood, hand distressed plank flooring in widths of 7 to 11 inches.
Only a few offered any pre-finishing at all and we were surprised to find the cost per square foot for their prefinished planks ranged from $12.96 to $17.35!
Unfinished planks from our competitors cost more than our prefinished planks!
On top of that our planks are handmade, have slight surface distressing and hand scraped edges and ends. We also include custom thresholds!
We're confident our prices will be better than any of our competitors for the same flooring!
