*Important Notes to Price List:

1- Minimum 125 sq ft.  Add 7% to you square footage for cutting and fitting  (Add 10% for orders under 300 sq ft and for orders of 6 inch planks).

2- 50% deposit required with your order. 

3- Prices do not include rosehead nails, finishing supplies or delivery to your site.

        - We will include a fixed price quote for delivery as part of any price quote on your order.

4- Colonial rosehead nails and finishing supplies available at reasonable prices.

5- All prefinished planks are finished on all sides. Bottoms are finished with either a commercial sealer or the Natural European Oil

6-  $1.00/sq ft extra for traditional edging hand-cut with 18th Century tools. Beveled edges are included in the prices stated.

7- Predrilling on 85% of the planks is available for $.50/ sq ft in most installation circumstances.

8 - For orders delivered in PA add 6% Pa sales tax.
