I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know what a great product you delivered. Everything was well detailed, the instructions were very clear, and you seemed to include everything needed. I know I have a construction background but I would think this could be installed by anyone who can put together IKEA furniture.

Your firm was a pleasure to deal with, and you were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would add, is you can also supply a hammer guard, that they taught us to make in apprentice school. I made mine out of ¼” masonite cut 6” X 6” with a v-groove cut in it. In case you miss or bend the nail, it absorbs the shock.

I know you saw the old floor we went over, but we took some pictures during installation, and will send you them after the house is complete. I will be sending you some dimensions for a couple thresholds that I will need made when you get a chance. Thanks again for everything, it looks great.
